How to Upgrade the Security Key
Key Upgrades are dependent on the Purchase of a new License from your Regional Sales Manager
- If needed, download and unzip the Latest version of the Key Utility from the downloads page
- Install and open the Key Utility software
- Select Export Info …creates a file listing the key serial number and software the key supports
- Select a location to save the file…default is the Downloads folder
- Email the file to techsupport@motoman.com
- Include your complete contact information
- Wait for a reply…it will contain an attached *.dat file
- Copy the attached file to your computer
- Select Update Key and locate the *.dat file

- Your key is now updated
- The *.dat file can be deleted
